DO NOT PURCHASE. The size/shape

"DO NOT PURCHASE. The size/shape is adorable, but it is a completely different color than the rest of the French Countryside collection. Customer service will advise it is normal variation and you will have to pay the shipping return cost if you want your money back. Very disappointing that they won’t fix this known issue (see other reviews) and make things right when given the feedback."

Doesn’t Match the Set - Poor Customer Service

"Doesn’t match the rest of the French Country side collection. Very stark color difference. Customer service wouldn’t provide me a shipping return label since it “wasn’t a defect”. After spending +$700 on the website, the fact that they couldn’t provide a shipping label to return the faulty item is insane."

Unfortunately, they don’t look like

"Unfortunately, they don’t look like the rest of my dishes. They are a brighter white, and the embellished edge is less pronounced. Also,, on the underside, the Mikasa and other wording is in black, not gray. I assume these are knockoffs. Not pleased at all with this purchase."

Color variation. Does not match other pieces

"Disappointed that this set of four fruit bowls do not match any of the rest of the collection. I received them and they are a super bright white and do not match any of the other pieces."

The base of each of

"The base of each of the bowls was not finished off completely so there is a ring of roughness which makes it hard to stack them without scratching them. Disappointing as the old ones I have were finished completely on the bottom."

"Heavy duty and beautiful. The bowls were a little bigger than I expected, but I LOVE the entire set! I highly recommend it!"
